Club Event Ads
Clubs may place ads for their events in The Northwest Pathfinder for free in the bimonthly edition their event takes place in. These ads must be in the approved event ad format. Click here to see that format.
It is the responsibility of each club to submit its Northwest Pathfinder ads in time to meet the printer's deadline.

and arrive NO LATER THAN 3pm on the deadline date. Ads received after the deadline date will not be included in the upcoming edition. All event ads will be returned to clubs for review prior to publication.
Deadlines for event ads are found in each issue and are as follows:

NW Pathfinder Marketing Copies
Clubs may order additional copies of the Northwest Pathfinder for marketing purposes by filling out the form and submitting it to the ESVA President. The form allows clubs to specify their needs for a whole year, but may be resubmitted when needs change.
Valid requests include health fairs, booths at non-volkssport events, club traditional events, Girl Scout and other youth organization offices, and other marketing opportunities. Copies are free to clubs, but the ESVA is charged for them and has a limited budget.
The form must be submitted by the event ads and articles deadline, above, to be effective for the next issue.

Attach a copy of the NW Pathfinder Mailing form to the copies you hand out at events or other opportunities to encourage more issues being mailed and help the ESVA determine whether this form is effective.
To do this print out the form on Orange Paper (or other bright colored paper) and write the initials of the issue's date on the bottom. For January/February write JF; March/April write MA, etc. Attach to the front of the guide, unless there is an advertisement on the front. In that case, attach to the inside of the front cover.
