Officers, Board Meetings and Committees of the ESVA
The ESVA is governed by a board of directors consisting of a representative from each Washington State volkssport club. The clubs elect officers and area coordinators for a two year term. The officers and area coordinators form an Executive Committee that transacts the business of the association between quarterly board meetings. Officers with terms through June 30, 2010 are

Board Meetings
The location of each quarterly board meeting rotates among the seven areas of the state. The annual meeting is held in the second quarter of each calendar year. Committees
The ESVA conducts its business through committees. Committees always need members who are willing to contribute their time. If you are interested in the Finance, Publicity, Challenges or NW Pathfinder committees, please contact the ESVA president.

NW Pathfinder
Dave Olszyk, President & Mike Nagan, 1st VP are ESVA Representatives,
Dick Baker is ChairBi-State (with Oregon) committee overseeing publication of the bimonthly NW Pathfinder events magazine.
Challenges
Millie Haupt & Sharon Streitt, co-chairs
Proposes and manages ESVA special programs, including patch and book design, and program redemption.
Executive
Dave Olszyk, President
Consists of officers and area coordinators. Handles business of ESVA between board meetings; prepares board meeting agendas.
