Bob Morrison's "Come Walk With Us" brochure has been updated and can be used for both Oregon and Washington. It's intended for use in place of The NW Pathfinder for health fairs, walks and other publicity occasions. Put your club's information label in the space provided on the back and insert your club's own upcoming walk brochures or list of year round events. It's best printed on 24lb paper, double sided. Fold in half and insert a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" brochure or sheet. Click on the heading above.
Volkssport clubs in various areas in Washington have an opportunity to work with the Foster Parents Association of Washington to hold a joint walk that will bring walkers not familiar with volkssports to your walks. To find out more about FPAWS and the fund raising walks they do, see www.walkmehome.org. Volkssporters are under no obligation to participate in fund raising for the organization. But, it is an opportunity to educate people about our sport. Please see the following documents about our collaboration. If you have questions, please contact Nancy Wittenberg, firstname.lastname@example.org, 253-841-0580, who will act as liaison between volkssport clubs and FPAWS.
