Walk on gravel paths through the 500 acre wooded park surrounding Weyerhaeuser headquarters. Both the 10K and 5K walks include the Rhododendron Garden and the Pacific Rim Bonsai Collection. There are gentle ups and downs on this walk, rated 1B.
Dogs are not allowed in the Rhododendron Garden or the Bonsai Garden, but an alternate route is available. This walk is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs.
Emerald City Wanderers moved their walk from the UW and Arboretum this year. A patch is available with volkssport credit. Ordering information will be available in the Northwest Pathfinder.
