Rated a 1+, you have the option of a 10k or 5k walk through neighborhoods on sidewalks, paved road shoulders and country roads past farmlands and forest. You can visit Cat Tales Zoological Center for a reduced rate during their visiting hours from 10am to 6pm. Visit www.cattales.org for more information.
Pets permitted, but not in Cat Tales. Leash and cleanup of course. Strollers will have difficulty and the walk is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Directions: East of West on I-90 in Spokane, take the US 2 (Newport) exit north to Greenbluff Road. Turn right (east) 1 block to Colbert Elementary School.
