Two walk lengths: The 15km must start by 10am. The 15km is a one-way walk with free bus transportation from registration to Weowna Park, then walk back to the start/finish. You'll walk on sidewalks, asphalt, bark and gravel trails through residential Bellevue and its park system on the Lake-to-Lake tail. Hills, so it's rated a 3. Water and restrooms at start/finish and along the route.
The 6km walk may start up to noon and is on asphalt, bark and gravel trails in the Mercer Slough Nature Park. It's rated a 1+. Water and restrooms ONLY at the start/finish on the 6km.
Neither walk is suitable for wheelchairs or strollers.
Directions: 2380 Bellevue Way SE, Bellevue, WA.
I-90: Exit 9 (Bellevue Way). Continue on Bellevue Way to parking at Bellevue Park and Ride. Follow Volkssport markings to start at Mercer Slough Blueberry Farm.
